Reporting to our Client Director (US) and SEO Director (UK), you will help manage SEO strategy and execute on deliverables for our clients. In this client-facing role, you will work closely with project managers to schedule in work; deliver US work; attend client calls and provide key learning insights to the wider team. You will understand our client briefs, diagnose SEO problems, define opportunities and devise solutions.
This role will also be supporting new business efforts with SEO insights and strategy, working alongside the Client Director to develop statements of work.
While there are no immediate reports, the long-term goal is for you to help build a function that will unlock our US SEO offering potential. This means in the medium to long term, you will play a key role in helping us grow the US team (recruitment, onboarding and training).
As the sole SEO specialist in the US, you will be expected to work autonomously but also as part of a wider team. Through your ability to effectively combine client, industry and marketing knowledge, you will help our clients achieve their strategic marketing goals. In addition, you will help define processes and ways of working that ensures the highest level of performance across all projects.
Your approach to working with our clients and internal teams will be highly consultative and collaborative. Through your exemplary knowledge and excellent communication skills, you will build trusted internal and external relationships.
We are therefore looking for an experienced SEO specialist, who is comfortable working independently as well as part of a wider team and wants to be an agency leader in the medium to long term.
