As People Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening our company values-led culture, facilitating change management initiatives and implementing people-related projects.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will support our full employee lifecycle, work closely with managers to deliver solid employee experience and act as the first point of contact for people-related issues. In collaboration with managers, you will ensure our resourcing needs are fulfilled with the best talent and in addition, candidates and hew hires have excellent experience throughout our recruitment and onboarding processes.
As an accomplished HR professional, you will regularly collate, analyse and manage people-related data which will inform important business decisions. You will have a working understanding of how marketing feeds into and interacts with the people function and ensure our operation is GDPR-compliant. You will be very hands-on and comfortable working with limited supervision.
This role is crucial to scaling our UK and US operations, so a third of your time will be spent on employee engagement & retention initiatives, the other on recruitment activities and the final, on HR administration. We are therefore looking for a personable and energetic generalist with solid recruitment experience and who is very comfortable taking responsibility for HR administration. You will be consultative and collaborative in your approach to work as well as proactive in dealing with ad hoc challenges.
