Reporting directly to our US Client Director and working closely with other business leads, you will be responsible for Three Whiskey’s revenue across a variety of accounts and be expected to create a strategy for retaining and growing them. You will be experienced in pitching/winning business and leading the new client onboarding process. Your approach to working with our clients and internal teams will be highly strategic, consultative and collaborative.
You will have a strong commercial focus and a great understanding of the levers that drive business revenue, profitability and overall success. An important part of this is ensuring the highest standards are consistently maintained and mentoring other members of the Client Services team. You will be measured on client satisfaction and revenue growth.
We are looking for an experienced digital marketing expert who is comfortable leading discussions, challenging briefs, identifying opportunities and defining requirements on-site as you are leading the development and definition of solutions with the wider team back in the office.
