Working closely with other business leaders and their teams, you will represent the agency and provide first-class service to the brands we work with. In addition, you will be responsible for providing leadership to and developing the client services team, ensuring the highest standards are consistently maintained.
You will be directly responsible for approximately half of Three Whiskey’s revenue across a variety of accounts and be expected to create a strategy for retaining and growing them in collaboration with other teams. With initially one Account Director reporting into you, you will work quickly to identify their strengths and areas of development and ensure they understand and are working to your vision. As your portfolio grows, you will be responsible for recruiting new members into your team, supporting them to reach their potential.
You will have an exceptionally strong commercial focus, understanding the levers that drive business revenue, profitability and overall success. You will be experienced in pitching/winning business and leading the new client onboarding process.
You will be highly strategic, consultative and collaborative in your approach to working with clients. You will be a talented and flexible digital marketing expert who is as comfortable leading discussions, challenging briefs, identifying opportunities and defining requirements on-site with clients as you are helping to lead the development and definition of solutions with the team back in the office.
