Soon after you start working at Three Whiskey, you and your line manager will create a personal development plan built around your strengths and the things you want to achieve.
This will be a living document that changes and grows over time. You’ll have regular one to one meetings where you’ll talk about your career goals, get support with your immediate challenges and keep track of how you’re progressing.
We want everyone to feel like they can help make the agency the best it can be – whether that’s by improving existing processes, or bringing brand new ideas and initiatives to the team.
Your ideas and input will always be welcomed.
We're a friendly bunch and there's plenty of humour in the office. We regularly grab lunch together and check out local bars for after work drinks – our favourites at the moment are The King's Arms and The Anchor and Hope.
