This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Paid Media Manager looking to take the next step in their career where they can play a lead role in shaping the development of our PPC, paid social and display media services.  

The role

As Senior Paid Media Manager you will work with Three Whiskey’s Managing Partners, Client Director and Strategy Director to understand client briefs, diagnose media problems, define opportunities and devise solutions.

You will provide our clients with market-leading paid media strategy and execution as well as contributing to their wider marketing goals through your ability to effectively combine client, industry and marketing knowledge.

You will be responsible for recruitment, retention and development of a team of media experts. You will define processes and ways of working which ensure the highest level of quality and performance across all client projects.

Experience

  • Experience working directly with clients to provide first-class service
  • Experience managing all dimensions of PPC activity, including:
    • Investment, budget and bidding strategy
    • Daily campaign optimisation (inc. targeting, testing and analysis)
    • Performance forecasting
  • Expert in paid search/PPC (AdWords and Bing) and paid social (Facebook and Twitter) advertising platforms
  • Experience managing display media activity – planning and buying, RTB, trafficking and reporting
  • Familiarity with paid media management technologies (e.g. Kenshoo, Marin, DoubleClick Search etc.)
  • Understanding of tracking and analytics platforms (e.g. GA, Adobe, etc.)
  • Experience managing and developing teams (preferred)

Education and skills

  • A relevant academic background (economics, maths, statistics, computer science or similar – preferred).
  • Excellent numeracy, data handling and analytical skills
  • First class written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and plan time effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Clear and persuasive presentation style
  • Understanding of the wider digital marketing mix
  • Professional standard in the use of Microsoft Office (inc. advanced Excel)
