This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing and high performing agency, taking a senior role within Three Whiskey's Client Services team.

The role

As Senior Account Manager, you will work closely with the Client Director and agency leaders to manage Three Whiskey’s client engagements; representing the agency and providing a first-class service to the brands we work with.

Working with an expert team of digital marketing specialists, you will help formulate bespoke and innovative solutions to our clients’ business challenges, in a commercially viable way. You must have strong organisational skills and  an exceptional eye for detail, as your role will require a hands-on approach and will include a responsibility for the delivery programmes of work from conception to execution.

We are looking for a talented and flexible digital marketing expert who is equally comfortable discussing challenges, opportunities and defining requirements on-site with clients as they are helping to develop and deliver the solution with our team back in the office.

Skills and experience

  • First class written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent commercial acumen
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • The ability to communicate across all levels of business
  • Experience working first-hand with analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe SiteCatalyst) would be an advantage
  • An in-depth understanding of digital marketing (inc. SEO, PPC, media, social, content) and how they are used to achieve different goals
  • Evidence of previous success in an agency account management role

Day to day activities

  • Representing the agency and our services to clients
  • Spending time getting to know clients, on-site within their offices
  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts to a high standard, whilst maintaining targeted profit margins
  • Identifying growth opportunities, creating and delivering proposals to achieve revenue targets
  • Ensuring the successful delivery of programmes of work, flagging and resolving challenges and obstacles in a timely manner
  • Reviewing deliverables to ensure the highest standard of quality
  • Participating in, and leading, knowledge sharing sessions
  • Some international travel will be required as part of this role
