This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing social and content team at a high performing digital marketing agency. As Community Manager, you’ll be the voice of our clients on social and will play a pivotal role in delivering creative content.
We’re looking for someone with strong experience in running social media channels, with a track record of community engagement, content creation, and the ability to look analytically at performance. Above all, you’ll be passionate about growing online communities and creating fantastic content that gets conversation flowing.
You’ll also know the technical side of social media best practice inside and out, whether you’re creating an influencer video series for YouTube or writing for an awareness campaign on Facebook. You’ll always be pushing to create the best content possible, whether that’s never settling for your first draft or in bringing new ideas to the table.
You’ll be taking ownership of multiple posting schedules and will ensure that content is delivered as promised, while tracking conversations, campaign progress, and seeking out new content opportunities. In such a multi-tasking role, strong organisational skills and attention to detail are an absolute must.
An understanding of how social and content activities fit into wider marketing activities is also important for this role. Last but certainly not least, you must be able to support measurement and reporting, and help our clients to understand how we’re growing their social presence.
The ideal candidate for this role will be both creative and analytical; able to turn a phrase with creative copy, but also able to look critically at social reporting figures and transform this into insight.
