Haley has worked in paid media for over three years; managing paid search, paid social and display campaigns for clients across industries such as healthcare, education, e-commerce, B2B and hospitality.
Haley’s experience on both the agency and client side means she has a keen focus on client needs. The thing she enjoys most about working in digital marketing is helping clients better align their paid media strategy with their wider business objectives – she likes to take a big picture view of a client’s business, and build out a paid media approach that utilises different channels to help them meet their goals.
Some of the clients Haley has worked with include Workday, Kopari Beauty, Original Grain, MapBox, Qualcomm, Healthmarkets and Duette Contacts. One the highlights of her career so far was developing a full-funnel lead generation strategy on Facebook, which drove a 300% increase in leads for an education client. Another highlight was delivering a full account restructure for a global B2B paid search account, allowing the client to understand their lead generation funnels and develop a strategy built on true customer insight.
Outside work, Haley likes to keep active with regular trips to the gym and lots of outdoor activities. She also doubles as our resident film nerd. As something of a foodie, and having recently moved over here from California, Haley is spending lots of time exploring the city – or as she puts it, eating her way through London.
