We’ve been working closely with Countrywide brand Bairstow Eves on a great new campaign – Styled to Sell.
We teamed up with six brilliant lifestyle bloggers to create home improvement tips for people looking to refresh their homes, or preparing to put them on the market. Each blogger was given a room in the house to redecorate, and we worked together to create videos and blog posts showcasing what they did.
Countrywide is a property services provider and the parent company of over 50 UK estate and letting agent brands, including Bairstow Eves. So we knew an interior design campaign would be a great fit for them – it’s an opportunity to create website content their customers will find useful, while building brand awareness through exposure on popular and relevant blogs.
The Styled to Sell campaign takes place over six weeks, with one room being revealed each week. At the time of writing, the guides to styling your bedroom and your kitchen have already launched on the Bairstow Eves website, YouTube channel and social media channels.
Alongside the videos and blog posts for each room, we worked with Countrywide’s Marketing Director Jeremy Briggs to incorporate his expertise on styling each room to maximise potential to sell – ensuring people selling their homes can make their properties attractive to prospective buyers.
From planning the campaign and identifying the great bloggers we worked with – to editing the videos and helping Bairstow Eves promote the campaign on social media – it’s been a fantastic piece of work to be part of.
